Custom portraits (made from your photo)
Every custom portrait is handcrafted to order from the photo you provide. Because each piece is personalized and made specifically for you, custom portraits cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, in line with the exceptions for personalized goods under EU consumer law and the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.

Before production begins, we confirm your photo, size and composition with you, so you know exactly what will be made.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the artwork and the packaging. We will repair, remake or refund the artwork, depending on the situation.

Ready-made artworks (not personalized)
Original artworks that are not made from your own photo can be returned within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The artwork must be returned in the same condition and in its original protective packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back; returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
