Shipping policy

We currently ship to Türkiye and European countries. All prices are in euros (EUR).

Processing time
Each artwork is handcrafted to order. Production takes approximately 3–5 business days before your order is shipped. Larger or more detailed pieces may take longer; we will confirm the timeline with you before production.

Shipping options & cost
Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders. Express shipping is available at checkout for €45.

Carrier
Orders are shipped via PTT, both within Türkiye and internationally.

Estimated delivery time
Delivery usually takes approximately 1 week after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date: actual delivery times depend on the destination country's customs clearance procedures, local postal services and holiday periods, and may be longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

Christmas & holiday orders
For gifts, please order as early as possible. We recommend ordering by 1 December for Christmas. Because customs processing is outside our control, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Customs, import duties & taxes
Our prices do not include import duties, VAT or customs fees. Artworks are shipped from Türkiye, which is outside the European Union. Any import duties, taxes (such as import VAT) or customs handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected by the carrier or postal service upon delivery. Orders refused because of import charges cannot be refunded for custom portraits.

Packaging & insurance
Every artwork is packed in protective materials. Shipments are not insured, so please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if there is any damage (see our Refund Policy).

Order tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order once it has shipped.
