1. Place your order

Choose your preferred size and place your order.

2. Send us your photo

Upload the image you would like us to transform into String Art through the image upload section on our website, or send it to us via WhatsApp.

For the best result, we recommend a clear, high-resolution photograph with good lighting and a clearly visible subject.

3. We design your artwork

We create a custom String Art pattern based on your photograph and prepare the nail placement according to the selected size.

4. We handcraft your artwork

The nails are carefully positioned on the MDF base, and thousands of thread passes are made between them according to the custom-designed pattern.

Every piece is individually handmade, making each finished artwork unique.

5. We ship your artwork

Once your artwork is completed, it is carefully packaged and shipped internationally via PTT Cargo.

⏱️ Production, Delivery & Customs

Production time: Approximately 3–5 business days.

Estimated delivery: Approximately 1 week after dispatch, with free tracked shipping via PTT Cargo. Express shipping is available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. They may vary depending on the customs procedures of the destination country, local postal services and holiday periods.

Import duties & taxes: Prices do not include import duties, VAT or customs fees. Your artwork is shipped from Türkiye; any import duties, taxes or customs handling fees charged by your country are paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Returns: Each artwork is made to order from your personal photo, so custom portraits cannot be returned or exchanged. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

🎄 Ordering a Christmas gift? Please order as early as possible. We recommend placing your order by 1 December. As customs processing is outside our control, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

📸 Photo Requirements

For the best possible result, please provide:

• A clear, high-resolution photograph
• Good lighting
• A clearly visible subject
• Minimal obstruction
• Good contrast between the subject and background

If we determine that the submitted image may not produce a satisfactory result, we may contact you before production begins.
